My name is Ana. Are you trying to cope with any challenges in life? I help clients dealing with anxiety and help them reduce their levels of stress. This has an impact on dealing with disease or preventing illness. I encourage clients to adopt strategies and reframe negative thoughts, to have a more positive perception of themselves and of life. Goals can be achieved in a very short period of time. I am also specialised in Bereavement Counselling, being a volunteer for Cruse, since 2017. I have been teaching Counselling Skills at Aberystwyth University, since 2019. I also deliver Wellbeing Workshops and Stress Management courses.
I offer non-judgmental deep listening, while you find your own resources to cope with this moment in life. Through therapy, I can be the facilitator in your process of self-discovery. Being a humanistic integrative counsellor, I will apply different approaches, according to your needs. I work with the issues you bring, offering you the safe space to grow.
