I provide online therapy and psychological assessments for adults and adolescents. My approach is integrative. However, I am more drawn to using techniques from evidence-based therapy like CBT in my sessions, which my clients find very helpful. I have significant experience working with abuse depression, yet I also work with a range of different issues.
As an accredited Counselling Psychologist, with a Masters degree; I help many clients from all types of backgrounds and cultures achieve their goals, heal, change and cope better, resulting in better mental health and wellbeing.
