Have you got the point where enough is enough and realise that something needs to change? Is self-doubt derailing your life and stopping you from living up to your full potential? On ‘paper’, it might look like you’ve already achieved a lot but in spite of this you never feel ‘enough’. Perhaps you hold yourself to incredibly high standards and feel like you need to be ‘perfect’. This might mean you feel like you always have to do ‘more’, which leads to feelings of tiredness and exhaustion and maybe even burnout. You may have even been told that you’re an ‘over thinker’ or identify as that yourself.
I draw from lots of different approaches to therapy which allows me to create a ‘holistic’ practice where your whole person and all the different parts of you are acknowledged and supported. I draw from more ‘traditional’ perspectives like CBT, ACT and DBT whilst also taking elements from Creative Counselling, IFS and mindfulness, to name a few.
With the right support, you can learn to be the confident, courageous person you know you really are. You can feel worthy of taking up space and start to believe that you having something of value to offer to the world. If you feel like I could support you, get in touch to book an introductory call where we can talk more about what’s bringing you to therapy.
