I specialise in providing counselling for children, young people and young adults aged between 9 - 24 years old. I help young people to gain confidence and believe in themselves by listening and offering an understanding of what is important to them. I offer a confidential service to help young people find their voice and I am here to support them with anything that they may need. I help young people with many different difficulties, which includes low self-esteem, low confidence, anxiety, low mood, self-harm etc.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation. It's important that you feel comfortable during your sessions, in this initial consultation it will give you a chance to get a feel for what counselling can be like. If you choose to continue, you can decide which type of counselling you'd prefer, either face to face, telephone or video calls.
We can work together to help you understand what you are feeling and help find new ways to cope with those feelings. It can sometimes feel overwhelming when asking for some help, but I believe it’s the bravest thing you’ll ever do.
