Hi! I'm an experienced Counsellor offering emotional support to a variety of Clients with a wide range of presenting issue. Not all individuals who come to counselling are suffering from a mental health crisis, a large proportion are seeking personal growth and seek to understand themselves better. Experience tells me that this can be a barrier to entry, no problem or issue is too small and I offer a confidential space which is free of judgement to assist individuals to work through and process past and present life experiences.
My core training in psychodynamic therapy (loosely defined as open ended and in depth) has prepared me with the skillset to aid clients with exploration of the self. I help clients to understand their behavior and choices which may be automatic and may not be serving them in their lives.
