Welcome to Wokingham Dramatherapies, I'm Amoreena Mann, and I specialize in guiding individuals through difficult times to rediscover freedom, fulfillment, and safety in their lives. Regardless of what it is you are going through, I will support you in exploring, processing and shifting the difficult things that arise for you. Together, we can work towards resolving your difficulties and building a framework of creative and holistic, evidence-based tools for you to use both in and out of the therapy room, as you wish. I take a trauma-based approach and work with a number of different difficulties, which you’ll find listed below.
In our sessions, we will work with a number of different methods including (but not limited to) meditation, therapeutic movement, role-play, drawing, writing, mapping and story. Dramatherapy is an experiential approach and focuses on symbol and the unconscious to explore and shift deeply held narratives that may not be serving you in your current life.
