I specialise in working with couples and relationships. My work is about helping you to understand why you feel the way you do, and then support you to make the changes necessary.
I am a Relate trained counsellor with 27 years experience of counselling, supervision and training. Trained in different approaches enables me to find a way of working that fits with what you want and need. Together we work in small time frames of a few sessions, exploring, understanding, and changing problem areas in the relationship.
