Are you struggling with life at present? It may be from a stressful work environment, relationship difficulties or perhaps unresolved trauma from your past. I offer counselling and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) to clients who want to find joy and peace in their lives. I believe that the troubles that impact our mental wellbeing can be relieved through the therapeutic relationship of counselling
I specialise in helping people who are experiencing abuse and trauma particularly in relation to a hostile workplace including workplace bullying. I also treat trauma and PTSD (including historical abuse, accidents and assaults) using EMDR.
I have years of experience as a workplace counsellor and have specialised in treating people who have been exposed to an abusive relationship with work colleagues. I have developed a particular counselling approach that I believe can help empower clients and help them move forward.
