Everyone needs a little support every now and again navigating life’s challenges. My aim is to provide adult clients with a safe place to reflect, explore and develop strategies to deal with their individual difficulties. I offer a range of therapies including CBT, ACT and EMDR and mindfulness approaches. Dependent on what you bring to assessment, I can consider a range of approaches and select the one that will be most beneficial to you.
