I have 12 years experience working with children and young people in schools and counselling with the NHS. I also have 5 years counselling experience with adults. I can work in a solution focussed way or longer term depending on what you need. I can use a variety of counselling modalities to help you achieve your goals.
I work with a variety of different mental health issues including - stress and anxiety, depression, autism, sexuality and gender issues, self harm, anger management, emotional regulation, trauma, loss and grief and relationship difficulties to name a few.
Choosing the right counsellor is important and maybe daunting. I believe that you are the expert my job is to appreciate the world and the challenges that may bring.
