My specialist areas are crisis, loss, trauma, relationships, depression and anxiety. I am a mature and experienced Adult, Child and Young Person psychotherapeutic counsellor qualified in Integrative and Relational Counselling at degree level and have a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling.
My initial assessment of 30 minutes is free because I want you to be sure I am the right person for you. I do not charge for any extra resources or material I provide during our time together.
