I bring warmth, kindness and integrity to our sessions. I will help you, with experience, maturity and compassion, to get to the heart of whatever is troubling you so that you can start feeling better. Whatever you're feeling - anxious, sad, depressed.. or you feel your self-esteem or confidence is low.. anything - you can talk to me safely and in confidence. Together we can work to understand your concerns and begin to transform them. Counselling can help you.  I have successfully worked with clients of all ages on a wide range of issues. I believe that with the right support everyone has the ability to move forward and flourish.

I offer a free initial session. Making the decision to see a counsellor can feel like a big step - your first session is an ideal opportunity for you to talk about the things that have been making you unhappy and to start feeling better. As a counsellor with a broad experience of life, I will take the time to really listen and appreciate your point of view.

It can help when we feel heard and understood. I work Mondays to Fridays, online and in person.. All sessions are 60 minutes at £55 per session.  An initial online 30 minute consultation is free.  As an experienced counsellor I am here to listen, encourage and support you.
