By offering a free and non-judgmental thinking space, I can help you explore your internal world, your innermost feelings and thoughts, to help you understand how you see yourself and others, how you form your relationships, how you feel and behave, working through any patterns that may be affecting how you live your life.

I first offer a process of initial consultation, consisting of at least two meetings where you and I can think carefully about how psychotherapy could be useful for you. This is also an important opportunity for you to have a sense of how it would feel working with me in psychotherapy, and to address any questions or concerns you might have.
