My aim is to provide you with a confidential, safe space to explore what is impacting your daily life. I will give you the time to actively listen to you and explore the challenges you currently face, express any fears you have, and then together work towards your goals and to the way of being that you wish for.
I am an integrative Counsellor, which means that I can draw on different techniques to support you based on your own unique and individual needs. I am also qualified to level 6 in Imagery Rescripting for Childhood Trauma, and will seek to support you if you have a need to address hurtful, abusive or negative events from childhood in a safe and dynamic way.
Both in my Counselling practice and in other employment with vulnerable people I use a trauma informed approach, which means that I aim to meet the emotional needs of each client sensitively, empathically and using a pace to suit each person. I am person-centred in my approach meaning that you are the important person in the room.
