Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy (MBCPP) is the original mindfulness-based psychotherapy in the UK, that integrates Buddhist psychology and compassion practices, with western psychotherapeutic theory. MBCPP is not about following a particular formula, rather about deeply listening to each individual and their needs.
As many studies have shown, the most effective aspect of psychotherapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. In order to get a sense of one another and how we will work together, I offer an initial free 30 minute in-person consultation.
