Our lives are not always as straight-forward as we would like them to be. At times we can be left feeling emotionally and physically exhausted, or confused, or numb, or lonely, or vulnerable, or angry or overwhelmed. We can be going through a crisis, a loss, a feeling of being stuck in memories of past experiences, a feeling of low self-esteem and sometimes we do not know why we don’t feel right, we just know we don’t feel right. We don’t even have to be going through any of these; we may be at a crossroads in our lives, not sure which direction to take, or feeling the need to find our true selves.
You may be seeking someone to talk to who can help you make sense of these challenges and uncertainties you are facing. Using my life experience I work with a wide range of people, from teens to elders, and I tailor my approach to individual needs and circumstances. I am also passionate about neurodiversity and the perceptions that may accompany it.
Welcome! The most important element in counselling and psychotherapy is the quality of the relationship between us as fellow human beings - here we can be known and understood by curiosity, observation, listening and reflection. I will hold the space for you, hear your story, witness your feelings, and when necessary I may challenge your beliefs.
