Hello and Welcome to my profile. I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and believe in people as individuals. Whatever your endeavours, your challenges, your turmoils and your stories I believe that being heard with genuine care and compassion can help us to recover from ongoing distress and help us to move forward. Additionally, learning about and drawing upon strategies to help alleviate stress & anxiety can be both empowering and transformative. I offer counselling from a person centred core, integrating other counselling theories and resources depending on the needs of my clients.
I offer a safe, genuine and empathic space for us to work together and establish your needs,struggles, aims and hopes. My work encompasses a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to loss and bereavement.
I offer Face to Face, Telephone or Online sessions (60 mins per session). Making the first move towards counselling can feel incredibly challenging; I really do hope you feel able to get in touch.
