I studied at Northern Guild and trained in Transactional Analysis. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work both long and short term to help you reach your personal goals. I also studied to work with couple's with a range of difficulties and presenting issues at The Counselling Academy. I work with adults aged 18 and over, offering both short and long term work to achieve your therapeutic goals, from my home in the Eden Valley. I work with individuals and couples. I am currently undertaking another diploma to train as a Psychosexual Therapist.
I have experience working with a range of presenting issues from general anxiety, to more complex trauma and abuse. You are always in charge of the sessions, from how long you want to work together, to what issues you want to discuss and at what pace you want to work. I will never pressure you or push you to discuss anything you don't feel comfortable to.
