Hi, I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I Offer face to face and online sessions, I am based in Evington Leicester with easy access for parking. I have many years experience working with a range of different issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, self esteem, relationship issues. I have experience of working with children (age 5 up) teenagers and adults. I offer you a safe non judgemental place to explore your difficult thoughts and feelings, and work with you to create the changes you want to make.
My specialist areas of working are Relationships, anxiety and trauma and abuse, I also have a lot of experience working with children and young people.
I believe the relationship is key to the work, and I offer a non judgemental, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. We all feel lost and stuck and lonely sometimes, you don't have to struggle alone reach out and ask for help.
