Please Note: I am currently not accepting referrals. I am a registered and chartered psychologist with sixteen years experience of working within the NHS and independent sector. My approach is compassionate and informal. Starting therapy can initially be a nerve wracking experience and my goal is to ensure that therapy sessions are as welcoming, supportive, and inclusive as is possible.
I am here to help you with mood ups and downs, depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, and offer a safe space to work on and find solutions to problems that may feel overwhelming. I also specialise in treating trauma and PTSD symptoms and am trained and experienced in Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, MBT, and EMDR.
I am currently taking enquiries for individual therapies offered on an online basis. Fees are offered on a sliding scale dependent on your income.
