I offer face to face and online counselling in the Taunton area. Together we can look at who you are and the impact of what is going on for you, helping you to develop your self-awareness and to think about the changes you would like to make. Counselling can allow you to develop better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Unshared feelings can feel like a burden and can lead to us feeling isolated and alone. My aim is to help you express these feelings and allow you to re-evaluate your life and to move towards a fresh sense of self.
I offer a confidential, calm space free from judgement and expectations. I provide warmth and sensitivity, aiming to walk alongside you and enter into your world to help you discover what’s really going on for you. I work with problems such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties among others.
