Hi my name is Alice, I'm an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I work with adults (17+) with a variety difficulties and offer a range of evidence based psychological therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Compassion Focused Therapy. In my practice I empower people to gain a better understanding of themselves, their difficulties and to develop skills to reduce the challenging impact that difficult thoughts and feelings can have on their life.
I provide support for a variety of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, adjustment to life changes (e.g. injury, medical conditions, retirement) and trauma. I also offer support for athletes and coaches working in high performance environments or to those transitioning out of these environments.
