I am an experienced, Clinical Psychologist offering a service to adults in West and East Sussex and Online. I specialise in providing skilled assessment and psychological treatment to clients with physical health conditions and neurological diagnoses, as well as those suffering with their mental health. I run an ADHD clinic for clients wishing to undertake a diagnostic ADHD assessment or psychological interventions to help them manage their symptoms. I've helped many people address their problems and deal with the emotional and cognitive challenges of living with health condition, acquired brain injury and ADHD. I draw upon a variety of models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused approaches in my work. I have extensive experience in neuro-rehabilitation and mental health.
