I offer help to people who worry or fear that they won't be understood or that they will be judged by others. Whoever you are, whatever the issue is, I'd like to be able to offer a space for you to be heard and accepted. I can offer a private and safe space simply to be without a mask if that's what you need, or if you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve I'd like to help make that happen. I can work in either a very loose or a structured and outcome-focused way, whichever appeals to you more. But however we decide to work, my focus is always what you want, what you need, what you dream of that you would like to make real.
I have a lot of experience working with gender, sexuality and identity issues. My approach with internal family systems therapy also allows me to go quickly to the areas that are concerning you. We don't need to spend months or years talking about the issues, we can start to address and help those parts of you that aren't doing so well straight away.
Loneliness can feel preferable to reaching out for help, but it is the heaviest tears that fall with no-one to witness them. It doesn’t have to be that way, and no-one should feel like they have to suffer alone. If you feel you don't have anyone who understands, or you have lost hope in things being better, I'd like to help.
