Life can be a struggle challenging and confusing. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk openly to the people in your life. As an experienced psychotherapist I provide a safe, confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind. I can support you in finding your way through the difficulties you’re experiencing, or have experienced in the past, in a way that feels right for you, and at a pace that feels comfortable. We can work together to make sense of what you’re thinking, feeling and going through, allowing you to develop a sense of healing, establish goals and grow towards them, and gain a greater understanding of yourself.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist, certified in Integrative Counselling. This means I work in variety of ways depending on your needs, using my expertise in different approaches, including Clarkson, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Gestalt, and the Transpersonal.
You may have heard of some of these ways of working in therapy, but don’t worry if you haven’t, what really matters is how you feel throughout our work together. Together we will find a way that suits you. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their Ethical Framework and policies.
