Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and it's no surprise that many clients I've seen have expressed hope for a solution or quick fix to their problems. Though understandable, the unpredictability of life means that challenges are inevitable, and although I can't promise a quick fix, I can offer you the opportunity to unpack and explore these difficulties and help to better equip you to manage these challenges. The foundation of my work lies in understanding the impact of relationships in your life and using the relationship we build in therapy to collaboratively explore what difficulties you may be struggling with.
I have worked with charities and in private practice with people from various backgrounds and life experiences, whose difficulties ranged from sexuality, gender identity and expression, relationships, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, PTSD & CPTSD, discrimination, religious trauma, among other struggles.
