Psychosynthesis techniques range through art, guided visualisation, dreamwork, imagination, sub-personality work and much more, so that each individual in their own way, is offered an opportunity to re-evaluate their life and bring about change and personal growth, especially when faced with issues such as self-confidence, meaning, value and purpose in life.
