I believe that every individual has the capacity to live a nourishing life and deserves to feel fulfilled. However because of past or present experiences, as well as learnt behaviour, we can find ourselves stuck with unwanted feelings, desperately wishing that partners, parents, friends or situations were different. In these moments we can feel powerless and unable to speak our truth, so it is important to have an external guide, who can help us navigate through the storm and find our voice. I am committed to helping my clients reach a place of empowerment and well-being, by becoming the best versions of themselves that they can be.
My approach to Individual and Couples therapy is holistic, meaning that I creatively invite my clients to explore their emotions and thoughts, as well as their bodily sensations. My work is relational, experiential, existential and psychoeducational. As a Humanistic Integrative therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches and from my personal experience.
I offer individuals and couples a warm, safe and confidential space to facilitate a journey within to find meaning and change. Whilst therapy can be an unfamiliar experience, it is also a powerful process to achieve greater self acceptance and contentment, because it allows the creation of a more authentic sense of self, and more fulfilling relationships.
