I have worked clinically for over 10 years, providing psychological support to children, young people and adults with a range of difficulties, within the NHS and other mental health settings.

I provide a non-judgemental, confidential space in which my clients can safely talk about and understand their experiences and consider the best ways to manage their difficulties.
