As an integrative practitioner, I work with a broad range of adult clients, able to tailor our sessions to whatever concerns or circumstances you feel you may need help with. I offer a free telephone consultation to help us decide if working together will be right for you and this will last approximately half an hour.
My experience includes specialising in areas such as, neurodivergent conditions, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, personality disorders and relational issues. In addition, I also have practitioner experience with trauma, bereavement and loss, anger-management, addiction and substance misuse.
Sessions are confidential, usually weekly, and one full hour. The number of sessions required is dependent upon many factors, including your choice and what you feel you may need. We will therefore look at our work together regularly to ensure you are getting what you need and getting the most out of therapy.
