Hi, I'm Ailie, a qualified counsellor offering in person and online psychotherapy for those who feel that they could benefit from additional support. I'll work alongside you to further your self understanding, identify unhelpful patterns which are no longer serving you and offer you tools to gain more self-acceptance and self-compassion. Life can be challenging and having a counsellor to connect with is a powerful way to support the changes you want to make.
I work with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, grief, loss and addiction. The people who have worked with me describe me as warm and open with a non-judgmental approach yet challenging when this is required.
Therapy is a safe place to explore your authentic self and potentially find more self-acceptance for all parts of self even those that may have been subconsciously rejected. Inclusivity is a key value which underpins my practice.
