I am a person centred counsellor I offer you a space to explore your feelings and situation. I offer a non judgemental approach. I have experience in working with many issues.I can help with anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress and relationship problems. I have experience of working with post natal depression and miscarriage. I can support both parents through these challenges.
I can offer face to face, telephone or online sessions to suit you. I also offer walk and talk sessions where we walk in either park , beach or woodland while we talk. I also offer mindfulness in nature sessions.feel free to contact me to discuss what would feel the most comfortable for you.
