I offer short and long term counselling and psychotherapy using an integrative therapeutic approach, depending on each client's individual needs. I'm a BPS and MBACP member.
My therapeutic approach is based on client-centred therapy offering active listening while emphetising with clients in a non-judgmental environment to support them to increase their level of self-awareness as well as becoming more self-reflective towards their behaviours. I also use Cognotive Behavioural Therapy which is a more goal orientated approach.
I have been working within the NHS since 2013 in the field of drug & alcohol addiction seeing clinets for one to one therapy. I am a full memeber of Federation of Drug & Alcohol Professionals (FDAP).
