This way life can be lived more authentically, meaningfully, and creatively. I provide an empathetic, non-discriminatory, and attentive environment for you to share whatever it is that's on your mind. I believe in healing power of being truly seen, heard, and understood and as a therapist I intend to facilitate it.
I have experience of working with diverse clients and complex issues within the NHS and charity setting. My background in Yoga/Mindfulness teaching enriched my therapeutic practice. It helps me to be truly present with my clients and attend to the mind/body connection as an inherent part of their wellbeing. Most importantly, I care deeply about what I do.
