I work with adults and have experience working within charities as well as within NHS. I commonly work with trauma, childhood issues, bereavement, depression and anxiety issues. I am available on Thursdays & Fridays.
I offer a reflective and supportive space, a space away from friends, family and colleagues with a skilled professional. Here l support individuals to explore personal issues that are affecting their day to day lives.
