As an intergrative therapist my aim is to provide you with support to work through a range of issues, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, low self esteem, stress, cPTSD and relationship difficulties. My way of working is indepth and together, we will explore what your goals are. I have trained in a range of models so that I can offer you a compassionate and attuned presence. I have many years experience of supporting people and a deep understanding of how these issues, can impact upon one having a solid sense of self. Occasionally, I use creativity and parts work in the therapy session which can be powerful and transforming
I will work with you offering stabilizing tools/psychoed to help you with anxiety, stress, depression, intrusive thoughts, flashbacks and emotional distress. This will set the ground for deeper exploration which is collaborative and at your pace. I draw upon my specialist knowledge of the impact of trauma on mind/body/relationship difficulties/self esteem.
Having been on my own journey of healing and to great depths, I am confident that I can work with you from a place of insight and wisdom. It takes many years to train as a therapist and is a continuous journey of learning. For I can only take you as far as i have taken myself. In doing so, i will endeavour to be by your side with commitment and transparency.
