We are always striving to keep all of our responsibilities in balance - work, relationships, our own expectations, and those of others. This constant juggling doesn't leave much time to process our emotions. If you come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, wanting a space to explore something, or simply wanting to talk, I am here to help. Perhaps you have noticed patterns in your behavior or dynamics within relationships, intimate or family, that you feel stuck in, but you want to make a change. Together, we can build confidence through self-awareness, kindness, compassion, and psychoeducation.
With self-awareness, we can make different choices when faced with the same old stuff. I'm here to help my clients feel safe and comfortable while they work through their issues. I specialise in therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family issues and workplace stress. I offer short-term therapy, but I'm also available open ended support.
I know the first step in getting help can be tough, but I'm here to help you on your journey to feeling better and having choice.
