Hello, I’m Adela. As a counselling psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience in both the NHS and private practice, my goal is to provide compassionate and effective therapy. I draw on various treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to create a personalised and integrative approach for each client.
