I am experienced working with adults on a broad range of issues. I have a special interest in working with neurodiversity, particularly adult awareness / late diagnosis of ADHD, its emotional impact and affect on past and present behaviour and relationships. I also work with men’s issues, for example expectations/roles/identity, parenting, emotional awareness, expression and safety, and interpersonal and intimate relationships. In my experience, doing this work with another man can be especially meaningful.
I work with kindness and compassion to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be heard, understood and to get what you need from our work together. We will work collaboratively and I’ll be an engaged, active participant in helping you work towards your therapeutic goals.
I don’t have all the answers and I’m not the expert on you – I firmly believe that you are. But going it alone is tough and by working together, we stand a much better chance at finding the right words for you to understand yourself, your experiences and your relationships.
