My practice is based in Gestalt therapy. As a gestalt practitioner, my approach is holistic, which means I engage with and tend to the whole of your experience, including your thoughts, feelings, sensations, emotions and perceptions.
I am a senior trainee psychotherapist with 5 years of study and 3 years of clinical practice. I have experience working with a diverse group of people supporting them through a variety of mental health challenges. I welcome people from all races, cultures, genders and sexual orientations. I work long term and short term, online and face-to-face.
