Sometimes you may not even be aware of the root cause of your problems, but have a nagging doubt of not feeling quite right. Anxiety, bereavement,relationship, job changes can leave you feeling unable to cope and overwhelmed. I am here to listen to you in a non-judgemental capacity in a safe confidential space. Talking about what is troubling you and being truly heard can prove to be invaluable, as together we unravel your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to take back the control over your life.
I am an Integrative counsellor, which means I work with a variety of counselling techniques. You as the client are always at the heart of what I do, and depending on your current needs, we will together determine what is best for you. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, pregnancy and related issues, childhood abuse, etc
