We understand that making the first contact can feel intimidating and takes a great deal of courage. Our goal is to help you explore how you got to where you are and guide you in finding ways to move forward. Each session is designed to be supportive and productive, helping you work toward your therapy goals.
We work with depression and all anxiety disorders including GAD, social anxiety, OCD and PTSD. We also have experience working with couples. All therapies offered are evidence based and we work to NICE guidelines.
Our perspective on therapy is that there are two people sat in a room, one has knowledge of therapy and the other has their experience and difficulties. The aim is to collaboratively work together to get you to where you would like to be. Our job is very privileged and we work at the pace you feel comfortable with.
