Reid Daitzman, Ph.D., lives and works in Stamford, Connecticut. He has been practicing in Stamford since 1977. He is the author of over 40 scientific articles and presentations and the author of many professional book reviews in psychology. He was included in Who’s Who in the East, American Men and Woman of Science, Who’s Who in the Bio-Behavioral Sciences, and was nominated for the Esquire Register (Men and Woman Under Forty Who Are Changing the Nation). From 1978-79, he was featured in hundreds of popular magazines as a “Dewar's Profile” after winning a major APA Award

Reid is a contributor to and the Editor-in-Chief of Clinical Behavior Therapy and Behavior Modification Volume I and Clinical Behavior Therapy and Behavior Modification Volume II (Garland STPM Press, 1980, 1981), Diagnosis and Intervention in Behavior Therapy and Behavioral Medicine Volume I, Diagnosis and Intervention in Behavior Therapy and Behavioral Medicine Volume II (Springer Publishing Co., 1983, 1985), Exhibitionism: Description, Assessment, and Treatment with Daniel Cox (Garland Publishing, 1980), and Mental Jogging (Marek, 1980). The Clinical Behavior Therapy and Behavior Modification Volumes I and II were selections of the Behavioral Sciences Book Club. Mental Jogging was a dual selection of the Book of the Month Club-Science and a selection of Quality Paperback Book Club.
