Peter T. Bryant, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School and was a faculty member there for over 10 years. His latest book is Augmented Humanity: Being and Remaining Agentic in a Digitalized World, in which he examines the impact of digitalization on agentic form and functioning, including how human and artificial agents will collaborate in organizing, problem-solving, self-regulation, and learning. He has also published research articles on the psychology of risky decision making, self-regulation, and related aspects of entrepreneurship, and was co-editor of the volume on management and organizations in Elsevier's International Encyclopedia of the Social and Behavioral Sciences. Before becoming an academic, Peter worked in software development, consulting, venture capital, and helped to create a number of technology startup companies.
