Octave
Octave is a national mental health practice that aims to create a society where people are as proactive and consistent about their emotional well-being as their physical fitness. We are doing this by providing high quality care in a manner that is both accessible to clients and sustainable for our clinical teams. Founded by a former executive of One Medical, Octave is setting a new national standard for the delivery of mental health.
We deliver results-oriented services that are easily integrated into our clients’ lives. Our service offering includes therapy, coaching, and classes. This innovative practice is built with insights from experts in psychology who have written over 70 books and led by practitioners with 15 years of experience. Our clinical team is made up of vetted psychologists, therapists, and coaches, which allows us to provide our clients access to high quality providers who give personalized and comprehensive support.
