About

C-MAP is a research group at University College London, headed by Professor Jean-Baptiste Pingault, aiming to discover environmental and biological pathways leading to mental (ill-)health. We make use of large cohort studies of several thousands of families in the UK and abroad to understand how mental health difficulties emerge. We focus on identifying causal factors that can contribute to the development of mental health difficulties, in childhood, adolescence and beyond.
