Firstly, well done for finding the courage to reach out for help and taking that first step which is crucial for transforming your life. Although challenges are an unavoidable part of our existence, we are often overwhelmed by them and psychologically unequipped to deal with what life throws at us. However, in that hardship there is always an opportunity for growth and healing, which I have experienced myself. As a result, I developed a great passion for helping others to find their way forward, and for the last 13 years have provided clients with various forms of support of which counselling has proved to be the most rewarding.
Psychosynthesis counselling I offer involves a journey of self-discovery that can empower you to find solutions to your various problems and dilemmas and take control of your life, whilst making it more fulfilling, meaningful and purposeful. I'll do my best to help you find who you truly are, develop healthy coping skills and reach your full potential.
I believe there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and would be honoured to help you find it, whilst guiding you throughout this process in a safe and confidential environment, where you can be truly listened to and accepted for who you are.
