My name is Lila. I am a psychologist dedicated to helping people with challenges. I have experience working with substance abuse, eating disorders, stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, life crises, loneliness, and relational problems. In therapy, we focus on your goals for treatment. The first step for me is to put myself in your place, see the world through your eyes, and experience your emotions. This helps you gain an understanding of the patterns and challenges that block your goals. Generally, my clients feel very satisfied with the therapy and are able to make changes in their lives.

I take a psychodynamic approach where it is important not just to treat distinct symptoms but also to identify the underlying causes. When we understand the underlying psychological issues, we are better equipped to find different ways to act and take care of ourselves, thereby creating lasting change

900 dkk/session (50 minutes). I offer the sessions in clinic in the center of Aarhus or online. Therapy in Danish or English.
