I'm a British Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Body Therapist and Somatic Coach specialising in supporting you to resolve the symptoms, patterns and conditions arising from trauma or stored survival stress so you can live with greater vitality, ease and connection - both to yourself and others. Anxiety, Stress, Chronic Pain and Chronic Conditions (Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Migraines etc.) are conditions that have their root causes in the body; we cannot simply talk our way out of our experience, so my focus with you is to listen deeply to the language of the body so that what began in the past can be resolved in the present

Somatic Experiencing is a body-centred therapeutic model for healing trauma & other stress disorders. It provides practical clinical tools to resolve stuck patterns & states so the 'survival stress' that's held & unresolved in the body can be released and vitality and energy restored. I combine this approach with optional touch therapy and somatic coaching.

I'm RAB registered in body therapy & psychotherapy and we can work together either online or in person.
