I'm an Italian psychologist who lives and works in Denmark. Being a foreigner, in a foreign country, may be something we have in common. I have many hours of experience working with people, many courses done (and many still to be done), in addition to my university education. Therapy for me is to help people see the messages they have received (from childhood, culture, society, ...) to help them "learn" new ones, more coherent with the life they want as adults, with cognitive and experiential modalities.

What would you like to change? It will be our starting point. Take some time for yourself. Sometimes we need to stop, to start again. A space where to find listening, understanding, acceptance and validation is already a precious opportunity for change.
